Recently I’ve been exploring how making, writing and being creative (in any way) can help us build resilience, and embrace reinvention and change. Which is how I ended up here: selling handmade jewellery and other art pieces, writing about creativity and mid-life career change, and running creative workshops to help people connect with their innate creativity.
