I hope that you will love your handmade piece, but you do have the right to change your mind within 14 days (see the Terms and Conditions for more details).

If you find something is not as described or is faulty/damaged, then of course I will rectify that with an exchange or refund. Please email me at returns@soozibaggs.co.uk as soon as possible to discuss the issue and I can tell you how to return your item.

The cost of returning your item is your responsibility if you have changed your mind, but delivery charges will be refunded if the item was faulty or damaged. Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery as other methods do not insure jewellery. Using any other method is therefore at your own risk and a refund will not be granted if I do not receive the item back.     

I’m afraid returns or refunds cannot be made for earrings for hygiene reasons, or for anything that has been personalised or custom made.

Sizes are clearly marked on all items and choosing the correct size is your responsibility. I can assist with alterations but there may be a charge for this, depending on the circumstances. Email returns@soozibaggs.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item and we can discuss the options. Return postage costs will be your responsibility.
