This heart has been through a lot, which I think many of us can identify with. But as with life, from the pain and messyness something unique and beautiful often emerges, such as this stunning necklace.
Created by melting scrap metal (all 925 sterling silver) into a rough heart shape, it was then hammered with a flat hammer, leaving both smooth and rough sections. A couple of rings were soldered on to hold it together, and finally it was polished to a lovely shine. It’s around 2.5cm wide and just under 3cm in length.
I will make more of these but they will all look quite different. So this is one of a kind, quite literally.
Due to the large (7mm) bail it will easily thread onto different chains or even cotton/leather cord, nevertheless it does come complete with a 925 sterling silver chain of either 40cm (16in) or 45cm (18in). There are two styles available - a twisted style (pictured) or a traditional delicate trace style. You’ll be asked to select the style and length when you add to the cart.
