Star Charm pendant

£35.00
Only 1 available

This little 1cm charm style pendant, made from 999 fine silver with a 925 sterling silver ring bail, and stamped with a star would be lovely worn on its own chain, with another necklace, or threaded onto an existing chain alongside a bigger pendant. Due to the large (7mm) ring bail it will easily thread onto different chains or even cotton/leather cord, nevertheless it does come complete with a 925 sterling silver chain of either 40cm (16in) or 45cm (18in). There are two styles available - a twisted style (pictured) or a traditional delicate trace style. You’ll be asked to select the style and length when you add to the cart.

It’s made out of a material called silver metal clay which starts life as a clay full of silver particles, but when fired turns into solid metal. This allows interesting texture to be easily added to the clay when wet, like the raised circles on the back of this piece and the star itself.

Arrives in a gift box with a little silver polishing cloth.

Note: Whilst silver metal clay is incredibly popular with handmade jewellers, I did not enjoy working with it and have no intention to purchase any more! So this piece is the last of its kind :)
